Au pairs who participate in an exchange through a NAPO member, can count on:

• A well-screened host family (possibly through our foreign partner agency);
• Adequate assistance before and after the departure to the host family;
• Emergency phone number, accessible 24 hours a day;
• Terms and conditions with regard to the placement with the host family will be noted in a standard agreement, which is used by all NAPO members.
